Dispatch did not call or text or email that there had been a change and I had been waiting for about 45 to 50 minutes from the time I got my email saying he was on his way.

After returning from vacation at 1 AM this morning, we found out our septic tank was backing up. I called This company first thing this morning and they were actually able to come out within an hour and a half to pump our tank! Chris Blackmore and Rodney are true professionals and Chris gave me an inexpensive recommendation to keep my septic tank operating regularly. The job was completed quickly, and I am thoroughly satisfied and elated that my issue was resolved very timely
