Maurice came out today and gave us an honest opinion about what is wrong with our oven. He had the cheapest service call fee around and was very knowledgeable and gave an honest assessment on what our issues were. There was no pressure to make a decision and he gave us time to think about what we want to do. He was training someone while he was here and you could tell he knows his stuff! I highly recommend calling Chris Appliance. You won't regret it!
This is probably our 4th time using Chris Appliance on the machines at 3 separate properties. He's thorough & punctual and so knowledgeable; this guy knows his stuff and he's free to share it because he doesn't work for a store that sells appliances. That's refreshing! As the stay-at-home wife, I guarantee you will feel more than comfortable having him work in your home without your husband present. This is a major biggie for Ladies! My husband & I had to make a deal, if any repair technician were due to come--he'd have to take the morning off work to meet them and to stay until the work was completed. That's not the case with Chris Appliance! This guy's just awesome! I highly recommend Chris Appliance! He had no qualms driving to Somerville, either! And, the repairs were under $175.
