Nick & crew did a great job re-hanging a gutter for us & installing a new downspout. Everything was done just like we wanted, looks great, & hopefully will fix a long-term issue we've had with water getting behind the gutter & damaging the soffit. Their recommendation for the contractor who repaired the woodwork was great too. Glad to finally get all of this fixed at a reasonable price.

I had an issue with drainage from my roof to the existing gutters. BGC suggested a larger gutter to help handle the volume of water with our gutter guards. The work was done well and the crew was professional and polite.I later found some damage to our irrigation near the driveway. The crew accidentally drove onto the grass. I was so impressed with how responsible they were and came to assess and repair it promptly.This is the kind of service after the sale you should expect but is sadly lacking from many companies.Thanks BGC!

I had a small gutter installed this summer. I had an issue I thought may be related to a leak. A technician (Jerry) was sent to check, and it was actually a french drain issue and had nothing to do with the gutter. Jerry came back a second time and disconnected the gutter from the drain to keep it from backing up. This morning, he called and said he was going to stop by one more time to attach an extender so the coming rain wouldn't end up damaging the flower bed. The customer service is way above and beyond! I highly recommend Bartlett Gutter.
