My very old AC died so my wife and I started getting quotes from about 6 or 7 HVAC installers in and around Madison. We met with Cain for a quote and he took his time with us, unlike most of the other installers who just wanted to rush us into a decision. Cain didn't necessarily offer the lowest price but what really sold us is how he took his time to explain everything to us, provide us all of the options and make sure we felt comfortable with the amount of money we were spending. We had him do some custom work, moving the condenser to a different spot and installing a mini-split in our expansion. Daniel from Comfort Specialist heating and cooling came out to diagnose and fix an issue with my furnace and evaporation system. Daniel quoted less than half the price and was able to resolve the issue in less than 24 hours.
