Just has a total knee replacement and wanted to give a shout out to Stacy.. Thanks for helping me get my PT in seeing you and your smile makes my PT so much more bearable. Thanks for being my PT. I really appreciate you???

I called to see if they were accepting new patients. Chris, the person who answered the phone was very delightful. He made the new patient process very easy to follow. He also gave me tips and it wasn't robotic about how to get there. He was funny yet professional. I feel like when I come to my appointment I will have a very pleasant visit. I work at saint Thomas hospital, so I also try to deliver A+ service. I'm glad to say I work with St. Thomas! & that I am getting Saint Thomas care!
