The staff are friendly, the doctors are great. Their scheduling sucks. I have been bringing my children here for 3 years, in all that time I have never been taken to a room sooner than 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time whether i get here 30 minutes early or on time, and most of the time the doctors don't see you for at least another 30 minutes. So plan for it to take longer than you think it should.

Academy Children's Clinic it's simply an amazing and beautiful place to care for our children's health needs, it's like a family for us! Since every person in the front to every nurse, medical assistant and Doctors, all full of professionalism, kindness, great hearts.
Our kids has been receiving care here since the clinic just open, never a complaint.
Keep up the excellent job! We love you Academy Children's Clinic!.

Five stars for Lauren Eppinger, nurse Alexa and all the other wonderful staffed that helped me today! Thank you guys so much for today!!!!! ❤️ 0 stars to the fact they have sick patients wait with wellness appointments. I had a 102 fever and was directed to sit in the waiting room with infants and toddlers 🤯 I had to ask if I could sit in my car and wait as I don’t want to get anyone else (especially babies) sick. Every other pediatrician I have been to has this protocol. This building is huge- I think a sick entrance and fever protocol is necessary to prevent illness spreading.
