DON’T do it! I gave them a two star only because I assume the return is correct and the ladies are nice at the front desk. This was year number three with our third tax accountant. They said that they were going to file for an extension three weeks before it was due. I say NO! In early June I got additional information on our HSA account and took it by the office. I could not see my accountant that I had never met. After four phone calls, and one more in person visit, I gave up on July 1st. Yes July! I have tried several companies throughout the years but no one has ever helped me like Josh! He is always there to answer my questions and goes above and beyond to do whatever he can even with me being out of state. I cannot say enough great things about him and Brenda! This company is by far the best I have ever had and will continue to stay with them!
I have used Josh Ledbetter with Whitlock for years for tax preparation and his service is phenomenal!!! Extremely professional, timely, and courteous! Recommend him and this company a thousand times over!!!
