River Valley Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center offering comprehensive health services, including primary care, behavioral health, dental, optometry, and pharmacy for children, adults, and seniors. It is described as a good practice for general health needs and the best place to go. Staff are very kind, friendly, and pleasant, with pleasant dispositions. They are very helpful, very nice, very understanding, very informative, and seem to really care. Patients feel like a person, not just a number, and are treated with kindness and professional respect in a secure place. The dental department receives high praise for affordable, top-tier care where the experience is made easy and comfortable. The provider gives outstanding and excellent care in every way needed. The lab is outstanding, and the pharmacy department is very helpful. An after-hours nurse available via phone is invaluable. While wait times for appointments and in the office can sometimes be longer than desired, the overall care is highly recommended. The practice is a true blessing, providing a wide array of services on an ability-to-pay basis and accepting TennCare, Medicare, and commercial insurance.
I cannot speak more highly of the dental department at River Valley Health!
As someone who hates going to the dentist (like most people do) Dr. Bryce was nothing but wonderful. He made my experience so easy and did everything in his power to make it more comfortable. I even dread going to the dentist slightly less now because I know I’m in good hands.
If you are looking for affordable top tier dental care River Valley Health is the place to go!
Good practice for general health needs. The lab is outstanding. Wait time can be longer than I like to get into see my provider due to scheduling and it some times is a wait at appt time to see your provider. I do enjoy the pleasant dispositions of everyone there. There is an after hours nurse available via phone after practice is closed that I have found invaluable. Overall, you need to try this practice. I think you will like it.
This was my first time speaking with the pharmacy Department, Julie was very very helpful and very nice, very understanding, very informative. she seemed to really care about any questions I had or any things that I didn't feel comfortable about. and she seemed to care about trying to solve any problems that I had. So sweet. I felt like a person, not just a number. It was a very nice feeling. Thank you so much Julie!
