“Changing groomers for me and my sweetie is stressful. My baby is a nervous little guy but when I picked him up he seemed great & tail wagging. I’ve got some really bad grooms in this town from highly recommended salons. I did my “interview” over the phone and trusted it would turn out fine. Charlie looked the best he’s ever looked after a full groom. He was perfect! I highly recommend! They are kind and helpful talking through was the client wants are drop off.“

A year ago, I found an injured kitten in the road, clearly just recently hit or thrown from a car. He needed immediate medical care. My dog had recently had a 10k ER STAY at another vet, and there was no way I could afford another giant ER bill so soon, especially on an animal that wasn't even mine. But, there was no way I was leaving him in the road. So, I grabbed him up, and called Vol Vet. They knew me from my biweekly visits with my own dog for follow up, and my recent vet hx. They agreed to take the kitten on and see what they could do for him. He ended up recovering, and one of the vet techs adopted him since my dogs are not cat-safe.
These are, seriously, the BEST PEOPLE.“

“We drove an hour to have Krista groom our dog. He was mistreated before he came to us so he’s a biter. Krista was grooming him at a shop near us. She had to groom him with a muzzle on (our recommendation too) but was making progress. She left that shop to be closer to home. That shop refused to groom him after Krista left. We found her here and we made the trip. I’m so glad we did because she was able to work on him without a muzzle for the first time. Even our vet has to muzzle him. Krista is amazing and I will continue to drive an hour to use her.“

“So far we have had a really great experience here. We had a pup that needed a quick exam for strangles. They charged us $57 total with meds. They then sent it more prescriptions and didn’t make us come back for a second visit for no reason as the pup was doing good just needed to be on meds longer. I hate vets that try and make you broke but they don’t. They helped us heal our baby without ruining our finances“

“My Sadie Shepherd has been going to DDD for at least a couple of years now, and their grooming service has been A+ so far. The staff is wonderful with communication, which is a huge plus. Sadie always comes home wearing a pretty bandana from the staff ?.
The downside of this business is the non-existent parking options. All the parking spots are either handicapped or slated for other businesses.“

“Clint is phenomenal! I brought him all three of my train wrecks yesterday and they came home beautiful. Every other groomer I’ve ever taken them to has really stressed them out and they break their necks to get to me when I pick them up. Now it’s like they are at a friend’s house and not ready to go home. He goes above and beyond to do as I asked and still took the time to make them comfortable. I have a multi-gen labradoodle, German Shepherd, and a shih tzu mix so I don’t make it easy for him. He truly loves all dogs and can work with any breed. Thank you so much for making my babies beautiful again!“
