Lance was amazing. We had multiple things go wrong after the temperature dropped before Christmas. He would get one thing fixed and something else popped up. He made a point to get water in the house the first day he was here. He was very personable, beyond professional and a constant source of reassurance. UNFORTUNATELY, AFTER I PAID $2000,PLUS I WAS LEFT WITH A SINK IN THE KITCHRN THAT WOULD NOT PRODUCE HOT WATER AND VERY LITTLE COLD. MY WASHER ALSO DID NOT WORK.PROPERLY. I.HAD A FRIEND WHO SAID MY :"NEW FAUCET" WAS A PIECE OF JU K AND CLEANED OUT THE PIPES. THERE WAS GUNK IN THE LINES TO MY WASHER WHICH MY FRIEND ALSO CLEANED OUT. THE ONLY THING THAT COST ME WAS ANOTHER NEW FAUCET FOR MY SINK. NOT SURE WHERE THE DISCONNECT WAS BUT I DO KNOW AFTET I PAID, THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP.
