Frances is the best! Her staff is so helpful and everyone is really on top of things. We use her for personal and business accounting and taxes. We found her four years ago and we had a problem with IRS due to our last accountant making a mistake on the payroll. She stuck with us and sent the info in multiple times to IRS and it got resolved. Without her I don't know that we could have resolved it. We had paid the taxes, but it did not show up on the IRS side. I could not imagine working with anyone but her. She is absolutely fantastic and knows her stuff. We would be lost without her. She does our books, payroll and taxes!!! Highly recommend!!

I had a small issue however Francis is very experienced and she knows how to do this I give her five stars she has been a real blessing to me and my family. She is the best in the business.
