Rocky Top Veterinary Hospital is highly praised for its friendly and caring staff, including the veterinary team and receptionists. New and long-time clients appreciate the helpfulness and dedication of the staff, especially when addressing their pets' medical needs. The hospital is known for providing excellent pet care and making both pets and their owners feel supported and comfortable. Many clients have shared positive experiences, highlighting the compassion shown during difficult times, such as when a pet needs to be put down, and the thorough explanations given for health concerns like heart murmurs. The staff works hard to gain the trust of animals, with dogs often excited upon arrival. The hospital offers easy access and a clean environment, ensuring each visit is smooth and welcoming.
We were very pleased with our first visit today. The entire staff was very kind and friendly from the moment we walked in the door until we left. Dr. Matt was very knowledgeable and compassionate with our dogs situation and got us an appointment in Knoxville within 2 hours. We will definitely be coming back here for our future appointments.
Love Dr. Huling is amazing! Samantha at the front desk is so great and helpful too!! This vet office is so convenient, affordable and offers lots of services! ❤️🐈🐕 I had to recently euthanize my dog and they were SO compassionate and helpful! Even mailing us a sympathy card!
Super amazing team. Sam and Mary are the best along with all the crew. Dr Matt did an awesome job taking care of our leopard gecko. Super friendly staff, fair pricing and works with all kinds of critters. 10/10 recommend
