I am very thankful to Hancock Plumbing for coming to my house on really short notice (like 30 minutes literally) and fixing my brand new furnace which was installed in January of 2022 (almost 7000$) by another company (VETTED HVAC). Hancock Plumbing fixed it within 30 minutes to which the company (VETTED HVAC) who actually installed was telling me to do an insurance claim and replace entire furnace as it is not operational and needs electrical components replaced.I spoke with Kelly and Trent from Hancock Plumbing and explain my situation and frustration to Kelly.
