I visited Novus for the first time in July 2025 and it was so so so accommodating! They help you with everything and make you feel included from the first time you step foot in the door. I don’t have kids but I was very impressed how kid friendly they are, with all the things available if you want to bring your babies or toddlers. Such good atmosphere!

Newly renovated, spacious gym with brand new equipment and knowledgeable coaches. They also have an in house Chiropractor and Registered Dietitian who also comes highly recommended.

I had a poor experience at a previous crossfit gym where I did not get the coaching or assistance i wanted/needed and except for a small group of individuals I never felt a part of the community there.Novus embodies community (Ubuntu). I’ve never felt so welcomed as I have coming here. The coaches truly care and will often assist even when they aren’t “working”. This is a gym that values everyone’s suggestions.They foster fitness at all levels, for everyone, without gouging their members for the experience.On top of everything there are doctors, a dietitian, and a chiropractor on staff to provide advice. What more can you ask for?
