I purchased auto insurance from Janelle Wormsbecker, who is still in training. Janelle was professional, polite, and let me know that there was a slower than usual network problem. When required, Janelle would ask Rose for help, and I didn't mind the little extra time for Janelle to learn something new. I have dealt with Rose in the past, who is also fantastic to deal with! Both Janelle and Rose really represent the Western Financial Group in a positive, professional manner.
