Eric came out to diagnose a very complex electrical outage for me at a renovation project I’m running. From the start, the communication and scheduling process was seamless. I cannot understate how difficult this task was; poorly labeled panel, oddly wired original work - coupled with improper fixes over the years. Eric remained calm, cool and collected, going through the likely sources of the problem one by one. I was very impressed with both the office and with their tech, Eric M.
