My car wouldn’t start while my trip to Surrey. Very helpful guy named Avi came to the rescue and figured that starter gave up on me. Took my car to a good mechanic and I was on my way. Thanks Avi for your help.

Had to have my car towed today to Canadian Tire garage. I guess the battery is frozen solid on top of other issues. The driver was super friendly, showed up within the hour in -28 degrees and the service was indeed very affordable. Riley was my driver, and i am very happy I called these guys and didn’t hold out for CAA which was going to take hours or never show.
EDIT: I had to have my car taken on flatbed to Regina two days later, this time covered by CAA. I had the same driver and he was still great. Efficient and no-nonsense with making sure my car was on the bed and safely attached. Hopefully will never have to use these services again around... read full review

'm not sure about average towing fees, but I paid ~$130 for a 5 min drive to a local shop
When the driver was dropping the car of at the mechanics he accidentally turned to sharply and the front of the car fell out of the dolly thing. Bumper was slightly ripped off the car and the grill was cracked.
Company was very apologetic about the entire situation, and offered to take care of the entire repair as well as waving the tow fee. Owners helped me throughout and were able to answer all my questions
