i just took my daughter for her first ear piercing yesterday, Kalli is incredible. and that’s an understatement! she was so patient with my little, she talked her through everything, let her see it all and made sure she understood and was ready before starting. she allowed her time to breathe between and was just so positive and amazing. also it was so clean in there!! i could go on forever, she was truly so fantastic with my girl! i can’t wait to go back for more piercings, it was a great experience!

I went in needing help with the removal of a piercing done by someone else many years ago. The Ivy & Pine employee that helped me out was very calm and kind, and she had great advice for aftercare. The environment was clean and welcoming - would definitely visit again!
