We have used Decor more than once and every time they go above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. When we wanted new carpet in our upstairs rooms they helped us pick out what would suit our needs best and provided expert installation. When we needed to redo our basement they assisted us in not only picking out and installing flooring but also helped us pick out paint colours, bathroom tiles and doors. I could not be more pleased with the work on my flooring. The floor and stairway look beautiful - just the right product for my house. I also purchased a backslash tile which looks fabulous. Staff is accommodating and patient. Best place to buy tile and flooring!!!

We had a custom requirement for our living room. Marie understood our needs and wants from the first visit. She was right - the first sample we chose from the 6 options we took home to preview was our final selection - and it looks fabulous.
