We have taken all our vehicles since 2008 to Ross because we trust him and his staff implicitly. When my Subaru Impreza experienced issues at 20,000 kms the dealer was useless but Ross came through. A similar occurrence with our Subaru Outback. Ross does his homework and is meticulous in his work. Amber is unfailingly polite and helpful. When my door locks froze last winter Ross came to the rescue at no charge. We’re dedicated and appreciative customers.

I highly recommend Auto One Auto Care for any mechanical needs! Ross is fantastic—he takes the time to explain everything clearly and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is done right. The service is top-notch, and they even offer a convenient drop-off service to drive you wherever you need to go while your vehicle is being fixed. The front desk staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car!

I experience a serious breakdown with my vehicle a month ago.
I took it to the local dealership where the vehicle was purchased to have the repairs done.
I was completely adviced wrong with the dealership as to what repairs were needed to be done to get the car back on the road.
Unsatisfactory with my experience with the dealership, I took the car to Ross for repair.
Within a half hour he was able to diagnosis the problem where as the dealership failed.
Ross's expertise saved me thousands of dollars.
