Words cannot express my gratitude to the level of service I received. Passing through Swift Current when car died managed to get it to Auto 1 to many car problems to mention for them to fix but he did enough for me to finish trip another 6 hrs. driving. Can't thank them enough.
We have taken all our vehicles since 2008 to Ross because we trust him and his staff implicitly. When my Subaru Impreza experienced issues at 20,000 kms the dealer was useless but Ross came through. A similar occurrence with our Subaru Outback. Ross does his homework and is meticulous in his work. Amber is unfailingly polite and helpful. When my door locks froze last winter Ross came to the rescue at no charge. We’re dedicated and appreciative customers.
I highly recommend Auto One Auto Care for any mechanical needs! Ross is fantastic—he takes the time to explain everything clearly and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is done right. The service is top-notch, and they even offer a convenient drop-off service to drive you wherever you need to go while your vehicle is being fixed. The front desk staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car!
