When it comes to ALL the staff at the Shellbrook Clinic, my own personal experiences have been nothing but great.
They are respectful, and caring, and have shown compassion when I needed it.
They have also gone out of their way to help me when, again, I need it.

Waiting for an opening can be somewhat frustrating, I'll agree to that, but when you're as busy as the Shellbrook clinic is with trying to squeeze lots of appointments for everyone that wants to come in on a daily basis, well i'm sure it can be a challenge for the staff.

Just remember, they're doing their best.
Be polite, and you'll recieve the same in turn.
