Big shout out to Velocity and their team. Our furnace quit working. Called Velocity and Matt secured the parts from Saskatoon that day and despite the roads being in terrible shape due to a winter storm blowing in, he got them late in that afternoon. They still drove to Moose Jaw after hours even with the highway conditions deteriorating. By the time they fixed our furnace they were storm stayed in Moose Jaw. True customer support, they drove out knowing they might no be able to get home just to make sure we had our heat back on. I couldn’t recommend them more! It’s hard to find that commitment any more. They always go above and beyond!!
