We got our mortgage with them. I felt the experience could have been better. We sent them the estoppel and they said they didn't know what to do with it. They also charged us a late fee without telling us when the documents needed to be in by. Both the realtor and the bank were shocked by the late fee. The bank will be refunding us because of that. You know something has gone wrong when the bank is on your side! The lawyers also didn't go over the mortgage papers with us. They just told us where to sign, not what we were singing. I have Mandeep Chaudhery as my attorney and I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and timeliness he has shown me. He has been so helpful with my immigration process and has helped with every question and concern along the way. He makes sure to check in and explains steps in a clear manner. I have heard horror stories before regarding some immigration lawyers and how some take forever to get things done. I have never had this concern with Mandeep. He is simply wonderful.
