Sugaring Oasis - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

The toom has a good size, but they clean it only every 3 days. I was there for 3 days, and they haven't re-suplied soap, coffee, and sugar. Also, they do not clean the garbage. I think for the price we pay it is a poor service. On the other hand, the water park is pretty nice, the water was very well cleaned as well as the park area. The staff are very kind and prepared and the activities planned over the day are a must. Only the housekeeping every 3 days for the type of hotel is a negative point.

I am changing my experience from 1 star to 5. Gave this place another shot and I am so surprised at how much they have changed!!!!!! My appointment went great. Happy with service and will be returning !!!
