Yesterday i went to sephora. Shina helped me to buy stuff I needed. She went above and beyond in her customer service. She is so helpful,kind, professional and efficient . I love her so much ❤️ my only reason to visit Sephora is going to be her. She raise the standard of customer service to a different level. Shina you are the best? keep up the good work

I think this is one of the best places ever. I love cornwall centre regina sephora. My only problem is I feel overwhelmed when workers ask me if i need assistance every 2 minutes. It is very helpful when they hand me baskets though.

The products are good, many varieties and vegan products are also available here. Some staff are helpful and explain things well, but some of the staff are not.I heard about the one month return policy (if the product does not work for you in a month, you can refund it) In the beginning, when I accepted the offer she explained it differently and didn’t tell me I only get to use 1/3 of the product. When I returned the product I explained that it didn’t work for me, and they wouldn’t refund because I used a little more than 1/3. Is this how they do the special special offer?
