We had a recent sewer backup on our farm. I contacted the office and they forwarded our information to Mike Payne. He contacted us and within 12 hours he was at our house discussing options of clean up and how to proceed. He was very understanding of the situation and made my wife and I feel comfortable with the steps to proceed.

Mike came out within 12 hours of our sewer backing up. Gave an honest quote and discussion of what repairing the issues would look like. He was kind, courteous, and understanding of our concerns.
