Last week, when our pool heater went down, we were worried and unsure of the next steps. We reached out to Reinhardt, and they immediately sent Kyle, who quickly diagnosed the problem. From there, Danielle was incredibly prompt and responsive—ordering the part we needed, keeping us updated, and communicating clearly throughout the process.

I had a drip on the back yard outside tap, even when the valve was closed. The fix was to replace the valve from the inside, and it was in a very tight corner with not a lot of space to work. Bo did the work, and considering the tight workspace, I was completely impressed with the quality of the work. Thank you, Bo, for fixing this, as now I can use my underground sprinklers. Great job!!
