We chose Regina Drapery because they are local and have been in business 40 years. A year ago we bought accordion blinds for our bay window. We are really pleased with them…no strings or pulleys. We gently raise them and lower each blind. In December one of them wasn’t working properly so I phoned the store and the repair man came out, and did a temporary fix. He said they would order a new one at no charge to us. We had it in a couple of weeks. Now that’s what I call service!
Great experience. Staff was friendly and easy to work with for everything from choosing blinds to install. I've replaced kitchen, living room and bedroom blinds and will definitely shop here again.
