Pioneer Village is a seniors residence with a dementia unit and care for physical and mental health issues. The staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely wanting to help the patients, providing updates and making it a place people can call home. Some find it a nice place, though the parking lot entrance can be hard to find. A common note is that there is sometimes an unpleasant smell in the facility.
Seniors residence. I entertained with a group of songwriters. Nice place as such places go. Hard to find a way round to the parking lot. Google was completely clueless as to the entrance.
This is a place where they do take care of people with health issues, mental issues and anything physical and mental. They do the best with what they have. They have a place where people can call home and it’s nice to see that the people that are there are genuinelywanting to help the patients. Thanks for doing a great job.
My dad has been here for a couple months now in the dementia unit. So far the staff has been very friendly and helpful. I like how when I call them I get an answer from someone right on the floor right away, and they all know who my dad is and can give me updates.My only gripe is the smell. I understand there are lots of incontinent patients there, but it wouldn't hurt to invest in some febreze or air fresheners.I'm a Regina Realtor with 10+ years experience.
