All About Stress Release Faces & More
“My experience from attending Bambi's TRE sessions has brought such relief to my arthritic knees. The constant pain has decreased by about 95%. I have better mobility and a greater quality of life. And this is directly linked to attending these classes. I find that once you have learned the posses, you can continue doing them at home and don't need to attend every class that's offered. But I would suggest popping in every so often and joining in on her classes. It's very beneficial to let other's see 1st hand, the possibilities of greater health, that can be achieved through this practice. Thank You Bambi for bringing this healing modality to our city.”
