When your service shop calls you at 6:30 and they closed at 5:30pm you know you have the right place. I have brought them two vehicles and they have gone above and beyond to insure I understood what they were doing and how it affect d my cars performance and most importantly how I could stage maintenance and repair to meet my budget.
I strongly recommend this Midas location for any auto work you may need. My wife and I were traveling through Regina, and one of our calipers came partially detached due to a missing bolt. We were able to get to this Midas location on a Monday morning, and the operations manager, Jarrod, helped us quickly. He replaced the missing bolt and tightened the remaining bolts on the front calipers to ensure it didn't happen again. This location, and Jarrod especially, is honest, kind, and more than fair. I wouldn't hesitate to trust them with any maintenance or repair in the future.
I've been dealing with this location for several years now. I can't say enough great things about them. They are everything you would want in a full service auto repair shop. Excellent customer service, reasonably priced, they will never gouge you on anything, the owner is a great guy to deal with as is all their staff, they personalize your service by having the mechanic call you to explain what needs to be done and honor their warranties without question. You won't find a better and more honest place to take your vehicle.
