I would give him 10 stars. He is a gem of a person. For my case in immigration, he did a lot more than I thought. Highly recommend him. Matt had genuinely cared for my best interest, very rare to find now a days. He was equally happy as me when things worked out , that shows his character and how much efforts he is putting in to a case.
