Very unprofessional and lacking basic tax knowledge. I was initially told that my business expenses had been properly claimed. However, when I was in the process of purchasing a house, my mortgage advisor reviewed my tax documents and informed me that my accountant had made serious mistakes. Many of my eligible expenses were not reported, which negatively affected my income records and mortgage application.

My advisor strongly recommended that I find an accountant who is knowledgeable and understands the fundamentals of tax preparation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services for personal or business taxes.

I highly recommend not to go there,u will never find out whats happening with your file until you call CRA, they accept the files but forget to submit

They deserves a zero rating. I tried contacting them multiple times, but no one answered. Each time I was left on hold for around 15 minutes, and then they hung up the call. This kept happening, making it very difficult to get any support. Very bad customer service. I would not recommend them.
