Stayed in one of their suits with my husband. The staff was lovely, the room was large and very comfortable.

The team also brought up the most beautiful G and T set for us to enjoy.

A very Beautiful and Elegant Hotel ; wonderful and friendly staff ; Elias was very helpful and welcoming as well as Joy was very pleasant and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the room very comfortable and clean as well as Beautifully decorated and classy; the lounge as with the service there was very nice; after several stays at various Fairmont Gold rooms I can say the service, elegance and value for our stay was better and we look forward to returning again.

I called in, was able to get an appointent at the perfect time for me, and had a plesant experiance getting a beard trim for a good price. I will be going back for the awesome atmosphere and freindly staff experiance.Services: Straight razor shave
