I have been coming here for awhile and staff are nice but even when you have an appointment they are constantly late; always just taking walk-ins when it will impede on your appointment time. The last couple of times it has been 15-30 minutes late. Which is not acceptable customer service

I had my nails done at Holly today and I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing service! Everyone was so kind, professional, and welcoming. I’m very happy with how my nails turned out — beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again!

Update: I appreciated Holly Nails owned up to the mistake of my nails being done to thin. She offered to fix my nails and re did a full set for free. Lets hope these last longer, Thank you Holly.My experience was just alright, The lady who did my nails was so kind, but you could tell she was newish. She took her time but a little to long I was there about 2 hours. The nails looked good right after but it has been 8 days now, 4 popped off in full after 3 DAYS which is so upsetting and I used my own nail glue at home to put them back on. They are very thin and chipping towards the top I asked her to put the acrylic on thicker because I knew that it was so so thin but I... read full review
