I call to have a custom mirror measured and installed in my bathroom before Christmas. They made an appointment and didn't show up, call to reschedul or anything, still haven't heard from them, I think it's called ghosting. Or maybe they lost my number. Wouldn't recommend.
In the last year we have had our back window and windshield replaced at hepting. Great customer service, competitive pricing and quality work. Will go to hepting for all of our glass needs. Highly recommend!
I had to have a window replaced on our condo due to vandalism and called Hepting Glass to go over my options. Even though it was a late night emergency call, Glen was not annoyed and was very patient in explaining all of our options. He worked with me to provide a ballpark quote as I had never had to do a window replacement before. We had our window fully replaced first thing the next morning, and the installer was very polite and quick! Would definitely recommend for the quick and easy glass replacement, and the awesome customer service.
