“I recently got my first lash lift here. Unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations, as my lashes didn’t appear very lifted and there wasn’t much noticeable difference afterward, despite having naturally long lashes.

That being said, I want to update my review because my concerns were handled very quickly and professionally. The team responded promptly, took my feedback seriously, and explained everything thoroughly. They offered to correct the lash lift, but I personally preferred not to have another treatment done on my lashes so soon after the initial service. They completely respected my decision and offered a refund instead.

The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the customer service was excellent. While the lash lift itself didn’t turn out the way I had hoped, I was very impressed with how the situation was handled and how quickly they worked toward a resolution. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would consider returning for other services in the future.“
