I barely made it to the end before walking out. I am dealing with a shoulder condition that also affects my nerves and circulation because of inflammation. Was referred here while waiting to see the specialist. She seemed confrontational from the very start, and treated me like I was a young child. When trying to explain the details of my issues, she kept cutting me off. I was referred by the alliance doctor to here i guess to keep business within. I was looking forward to find the methods to resolving my daily backaches. I was in for a surprise to get assisted by a Karen. Her manners were so bad that i had to switch to my customer service mode just to tolerate it. I informed her that im not conformable the way she was talking to me and her responses is that is her way of communicating. I tried keeping compose through the assessment but i couldn’t take it anymore that I put on my shoes and just walked out. She strikes me as inexperience even though she look old. I’ll have to research and look some where else.
