We chose Courtesy for a vehicle repair under an SGI claim, as well as to 'finish' a previous sunroof replacement by an auto glass company. Although a new sunroof had been put in, all the shattered glass bits had not been removed so after awhile they worked themselves into the rails and the sunroof jammed. To fix this properly, the entire head liner needed to be removed, and new rails installed. The team at Courtesy excelled at letting us know which step they were at in the process, including giving us calls when the parts required did not arrive on schedule. Had an awesome experience while having hands in experience after school for a week. They have a great dedicated repair team, every team members were helpful.
We get influenced by some people we meet in life; personally I am both impressed and influenced by the personality and simplicity Mattias Squali Hartman (Journeyman) carries.

This buissness really needs to have some COURTESY for the people that live in the surrounding neighborhood and maybe get a different alarm service or get it fixed some people that live around there have newborns or work early In the mornings and your security alarm going off 1-3 times after hours every night doesn't help. After a year of it I would of thought it would of been fixed not trying to be that guy so I still left 3 stars but PLEASE PLEASE do something about your alarm going off after 12pm all night plz ??
