The quality-control manager took time and personal interest in us as customers and explained in detail the process and made sure we were fully satisfied before signing off. We felt heard and valued.

The repair and paint process were quick, although there is room for improvement in the supply chain for parts. However, the team was very friendly, precise and caring about the cars rather than just the business.
