I had an excellent experience at this physiotherapy clinic! Li was my therapist, and she was incredibly understanding, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout my treatment. She really took the time to listen and tailor the sessions to my needs. The acupuncture and cupping therapy she provided made a huge difference and helped me heal much faster than I expected.
The front desk staff were also amazing—both of them were always friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. I never had any trouble getting appointments, and they were always helpful with scheduling and any questions I had.

Really kind and friendly staff. I really liked everyone I worked with and I was given good clear instructions every step of the way. I also love the beautiful pictures in the hallway. Wish I'd had time to look at them more closely haha

My experience with Arcola Physiotherapy has been really great. Got an appointment in the very next week which was the first plus point. The receptionist there is super sweet, and welcoming.I went there with a wrist pain and I felt the difference in the first 4 sessions only which was great. The therapist was very helpful and attentive during my course of treatment. She would never rush or hurry even during busy days.I would definitely recommend this place. ????
