Had a wonderful prenatal session with Alaura and she did amazing!! Could definitely tell the difference in my pelvis when sleeping after having the massage and released tension in my lower back. 10/10 recommend for some pregnancy relief!

Tyrone not only provides relief through his therapy, but also helps you understand what's happening, giving a bit of a lesson on physiology. He'll provide you with exercises to reduce the likelihood of continued pain. (Very appreciated!!) The front staff is very professional and kind, as well.

Ashley is absolutely amazing. My husband and I drive from Yorkton to come see her. We always recommend her to others and they always enjoy seeing her also. Reception is always super friendly and accommodating.
