Just wanted to rave about Jamie Reynolds RMT at Advanced Therapeutic Massage - She is incredible at what she does. She knows how to find the spots you need most released and is so informative - explains where pain could be coming from and offers at home techniques to use on your own or if you have a willing partner. Her space is calming and safe. She wasn't light handed (thank you!!) and really spent the time needed. I saw Jessica Cesar today for a massage. I had booked the appointment last minute this weekend on their website and was able to get in quickly. She did such a great job! I've been having a lot of terrible pain and she applied the perfect pressure, never stayed on one spot for too long, confidently worked from one muscle group to the next, and overall I will go back to her in a heartbeat. I have been a client of advanced therapeutic massage off and on over the years, for about a decade now, and I can say I've never had a bad massage there!
