Originally would have given 0 stars, but Jennifer at A and B Auto salvaged my experience, it was an absolute pleasure working with her! Unfortunately, they aren’t very good at communicating to their clients. The few times I did stop in there was always clients complaining about the exact same thing. It’s understandable to be waiting on parts ( understandably out of their control ), however, common sense would be to inform the client so they can make other plans. This is where they severely lacked. Jennifer showed complete compassion and empathy once I explained the situation and she made it her mission to keep me in the loop.
