I was in a bit of a rush to buy a laptop for work.. I honestly didn't expect to make this meeting.
Mansi was the best possible customer experience I could of asked for. She kindly greeted me at the door and immediately stepped up to help me. With only one of these laptops left, she located it in the backroom with ease. She answered some technical questions, showed me options and made me confident in my purchase.
Also, she even asked the right questions and made sure I got the proper adapters and accessories. I definitely would of had to make a second trip!
