“Recently used their service for a sewage issue. The person they sent was professional but got a bit lost on the way to our address. He was polite and did sincerely try to fix the issue however due to complex issues was totally unable to do anything for us that day. Would recommend their service with the caveat that mileage is combined with the plumbers wages and so dependent where you live this can create an extra expensive bill before the work even commences. My husband was surprised at the specific way they invoice which is that their employees are paid wages from the time they leave the shop (not when work starts on your property) as well as the mileage. Spoke with the owner regarding this and he advises this is common practice in plumbing in the area. The net result was we were charged 2 and a half hours labour for 15 minutes actual work. However we do want to thank them for being professional and answering their phone appropriately to book appointments. Solid 4 stars on that basis.“
