Very simple review you can go here without a doubt

A huge thank you to the wonderful lady who helped us today! Our reserved U-Haul truck was unexpectedly downgraded without any notice, and the size we needed was no longer available in the area. We were being sent to another location for a truck that wasn’t the right size, and the situation was very stressful.

She was incredibly accommodating, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and worked hard to help us find the right solution. Thanks to her dedication and outstanding customer service, we ended up with the truck we originally needed.

We truly appreciate your kindness, professionalism, and willingness… read full review
