After calling several other businesses trying to figure out why our vehicle was shaking on the highway, we couldn't get anyone to fit us in. We decided to stop at this shop to see if someone could take a quick look.

A taller, older gentleman immediately noticed the panic on my husband's face (we're traveling with two little ones!) and kindly told him to pull the vehicle into the back. I received good customer service! I needed new tires on my car asap as the tires I had on were very faulty but they didn’t have the tires for my car in stock & said they wouldn’t be in until next week. Luckily I was able to get new tires elsewhere and Fountain Tire was able to fit me in on their busy schedule to get them installed as they were the only tire shop in town who was available to do a tire swap today. Appreciate you guys!
