We've had an excellent experience with the entire Fortress Windows team while having them replace 12 windows in our house! From start to finish Braden has been professional, answering all my questions and accomodating my requests. The installers did a great job and our finished product is great! Braden was also aware of the Greener Homes Grant that we took advantage of as his windows qualified for $250/window federal government rebate. Fortress was fantastic throughout the entire process of getting our windows and main door replaced. Quick responses to the initial ask for a quote, detailed discussion on what we wanted and how that might impact cost, accurate estimates on cost and timeframes. Work on the installation was quick and efficient, had great attention to detail, and left our house cleaner than before the work.
